This page will display when you first log in to DRE or when you click on My Home.  The following information can be located in the Welcome Provider/My Home page:

Provider Alerts

Gives you access to all of the Provider Alerts sent out by our Provider Relations Department.  You can also access older alerts by clicking on ‘Archive’.

Static Reports

By clicking on the title of the report a copy of the report you requested will be displayed in .pdf format via Adobe Acrobat.

Patient Eye-Care History – a lookup tool to help the Ophthalmology and Optometry offices in tracking eye care and frame and lens history for their patients.

Ambulatory Care Guidelines – for our Primary Care Physicians to aide in determining the best Scope of Care in the Primary Care Setting.

Benefit Dossier – gives quick access to covered benefits, allowed visits, copayments, and referral/authorization requirements.
