Chapter 5. Inbox Functionality
This will display the following information specific to the provider you selected. If there are errors noted on this page, you can click on the ‘Report An Error’ button to send us the correct information.
Provided you have selected a Primary Care Physician from the dropdown box, this link will allow you the ability to download a roster of the members we are showing as having selected you as their PCP. This file is generated as a comma separated file for ease in opening with Microsoft Excel.
By selecting this link, you will be able to display claims where the provider you have selected is the provider of service. You can search either by a specific member or a specific day (date of service.)

In either case, you can click on the claim number to view the detail information related to that claim. If you need to submit an appeal or send a comment on the claim, you can do that from the claim detail record as well.
There are also links for such things as diagnosis codes, procedure codes and service reasons which will give a detailed description.
