• PM160 - a917 - Removed duplicate CHDP procedure types from drop-down.

• Claim comment submission screen updated with new message.
• Benefit dossier pages updated with new contact information.
• Baby Editor - HCN newborn coverage changed to, 'Coverage for duration of mothers hospitalization.'

• Site Settings (Admin) - Each setting is now tested for escape characters (',etc). The System Alert was borking whenever an appostrophy was used.
• New Confidentiality Statement loaded.
• Request Summary Screen - The query to DRE Imaging to display the list of associated documents has been given an overhaul. The Image Server now gets 10 seconds to respond or the user will just get "Imaging server not available".

• Hedis Projector - New 'Export XLS' button added when viewing denominator members for a given provider which will create a mailing list in Excel.

• Hedis Projector - If logged in as an internal user, and viewing the summary, the denominator is now clickable displaying the hedis projection for each provider with members for that measure.

• Search Request - Query logic moved to a stored procedure. Now sorted by auth number descending. (Most recent on top)

• LETTERS - The templates button has been removed from the Workqueue and Recently Completed screens, and moved to UM Manager under administration. This was done to simplify the common letter builder screens, and prevent any inadvertant tampering with the templates.
• REQUEST SUMMARY - Title will now read either "Reference Number R123" or "Case Number CMR123" based on the request type.
• REQUEST SUMMARY - Under Initial Request Detail, new field 'managed by' is displayed.
• PATIENT DOSSIER - Authorizations tab renamed to "Cases/Requests".
• PATIENT DOSSIER - Cases/Requests screen now separately shows case management case, and auths/referrals.
• INBOX - Updated to show case management requests as CMR000001.
• SEARCH REQUESTS - Results will no longer show providers CM requests in the results. CM requests will now show with the CM icon, rather than the status icon (like the inbox).
• NEW REQUEST - New Managed By field appears to internal users. Field defaults to 'Unmanaged', and any current UM staff is selectable.
• EDIT REQUEST - Managed By added as editable field.
• EDIT REQUEST - 'Case Management' added as selectable radio button on Request Type field. This is a bug and could cause problems for CM requests that were edited.
• LETTERS - Added new internal fields 'PrintedOn', and 'Status'. Printed on will record when the letter was printed and thus ends workflow, and status will be an easy record of current workflow status. Status will record values N)ew (need to be signed), S)igned (need to be printed), R)eviewed (intentionally unsigned), and P)rinted (and complete).
• LETTERS - The letter views of Workqueue, Recently Completed, and Unsigned have been moved to a left-side navigation box to logically separate views from actions. Along with this, Unsigned, is now "Siqn Queue", and there is a new "Print Queue" listing signed items to be printed.
• LETTERS - Unsigned letters can now be deleted.

• REPORTING - All existing graphs have been converted from using an ActiveX control which has been problematic and only compatible to being rendered by pure ASP/CCS/HTML scripting.
• STATS - The username on the login monitor now links directly to thet users performance stats page.
• LETTERS - eSignatures
  • SignedOn (datetime) and SignedBy (int) columns have been added to the completed letters table.
  • A new assignable security descriptor is now available 'Can Sign Letters' to be granted to any user who is allowed to sign letters.
  • Having this permission a user will see a new button, 'Sign Letter' appear above any UNSIGNED completed letter when viewing that letter.
  • Unsigned letters will show 'THIS LETTER IS UNSIGNED' in the signature area of a completed letter. Once signed an image of the signer's signature, the signer's name and the timestamp of signature replaces this notice whenever viewed.
  • The Completed Letters page now indicates if a letter has been signed, and by whom, and allows the user to filter and show only signed letters.

• SECURITY - Auto-complete will be disabled on the username and password fields preventing user's web browsers from remembering their passwords.
• LETTERS - The 'Create Letter' button will no longer be displayed on the request summary page for provider/external users. This never allowed providers into the letter builder area (they got a "Security Error" message), though it was erroneously displayed there.
• LETTERS - In the Create Manual screen, fixed bug causing error if apostrophies are used in the service or reason fields. (pburns)
• LETTERS - In Create Manual, the Services Performed field will now additionally populate the $authtype$ variable as well as the $service$ variable.
• REPORTING - New dynamic reporter tool has been added, and all existing Excel reports have been loaded into this reporting interface. This will allow new reports to be created and published without having to publish the web. Report profiles and parameters are stored in the DREReports and DREReportParameters tables.

• STATS- The Login Monitor screen now links to the user performance page.
• STATS- The User Performance page now includes a list of the last 25 records of login history for the displayed user. (dbooth)
• LETTERS- Added SJAH logo to image folder, and variable $sjhalogo$ has been coded to display this image. (dgoodman)

• Milliman Care Guidelines version 4.0 (the previous edition) has been deleted from DRE.
• Manual Letter Builder is now working, and has an additional field for 'facility'. Variable mapping has been verified to work with the existing facility letter templates.

• Milliman Care Guidelines 10th Edition (version 4.1) has been installed replacing the 9th Edition (version 4.0).
• New 'CLMALERT' global variable in DRESiteVariables which indicates the DREMail recipients of claim comments submitted by providers. This is to simplify the changing of responsibility of this task so publishes aren't required for these changes.

• Updated New User popup message removing Shelli as the contact and making it sound more generic. e.g. Phone our provider services department, etc.

• Fixed security issue with new low-access provider admin area.
• Fixed several form save bugs with new low-access provider admin area.
• Required password change notification increased from 5 days to 10 days prior notification.

• Fixed numerous bugs with the new Provider Maintenance administration pages.
• Fix provider / hospital specialty inconsistancy with HealthTrio:
  • Added ProvType char(1) column to DREProviders and DRESpecialty.
  • Each contains P or H (Provider or Hospital).
  • Request summary and provider info popup pages have been updated to use specialty descriptions accoring to the associated provtype field.
  • Provider search pages now order specialty list by provtype then description to aide users.

• Creating new accounts and copying existing accounts will now properly setup associated mailboxes for DRE Mail. (ssmith)
• Created new Create/Edit Account screen under Administration > Provider Maintenance. This is identical to that under System Admin, but is restricted to creating external (provider) accounts. Some other functionality has been limited on this version as well.
• Moved the Provider Group Manager under common Adminstration Tasks so it is no accessable by those with SysAdmin as well as Provider Maint access.
• Admin menu now only shows admin areas the current user has access to.
• System Alert (Provider Logon Popup Message) now editable from Admin > Security Admin > Site Settings
• Tools > Daily Inpatient Census report now opens properly in all browsers. (Bug opening artificial Excel content in certain types of popup windows.) Description page also added to clarify what the report is pulling.
