2007 Release Notes

• Patient SSN Removal
  For internal staff, SSN has been removed from the request summary page. For providers, and external users, member SSN's has been completely removed from displaying throughout the site, including:
  • Request Detail Page
  • Member Dossier - Demographics tab
  • Patient Search Detail Page
  • Patient Chart Sheet
  • PCP Member Roster

• Splitting Eligibility and PCP Assignment
  With the transition from HealthTrio 3.7 to 3.8 the source membership tables have been split from two, to about fifteen tables. In transforming this into a single table for our warehouse and DRE use has proved very difficult to do accurately. So with this release we've thrown in the towel and split the eligibility table on DRE and warehouse and moved PCP assignment into it's own table. This required quite a bit of changes.
  • Search - Member search detail now show eligibility and pcp assignment in separate tables side-by-side.
  • Chart Sheet - Now shows eligibility and pcp assignment in separate tables side-by-side
  • New Request - PCP validation method now pulls pcp info from new pcp assignment table
  • Patient Dossier - Eligibility tab now shows eligibility and pcp assignment in separate tables side-by-side
  • PCP Roster - PCP Roster has been updated to pull membership from new PCP Assignment table
  • Dossier Access - The function that verifies if a particular user had access to view a member's dossier has been upgraded to use the PCP Assignment table
  • Member Demographics - Mem. demographics sproc (which returns current pcp) has been updated to use the new PCP assignment table.
  • Newborn Editor - A number of updates have been made to the newborn editor.

• Provider Search - Provider records, with a provider id starting with 'V' will be omitted from search results. These are vendor records in HealthTrio.
• Provider Search - The Network column in the search results will now accurately display the HealthTrio network name as opposed to the derived LOB.
• Feedback - On the user feedback page, messages recipients have been updated. For IS: Shelli, David; For UM: Joy Scott; For PS: Linda.

• User Data - User links to Diamond provider inboxes have been removed.
• User Data - Contents of Diamond provider inboxes have been purged.
• Search - Provider search will never return Diamond provider ids (provider ids of 12 character length)
• New Request - Diamond providers will no longer be acceptable input in the provider, facility, or referring provider fields.
• Edit Request - Diamond providers will no longer be acceptable input in the provider, facility, or referring provider fields.
• User Data - Users who have not logged in at least once in the past 6 months have been disabled. (about 700 user accounts)
