September 17, 2008 (a1660 Update)

• This is a comprehensive update that implements the ability for users to create requests containing upto 10 CPT codes per request.

May 5, 2008 (a1311 Update)

• Level of Care Screen - Met Guideline Y/N Radio button added. Can be updated as needed.
• Discharge Screen - Met Guideline incideator, and textboxes for three variance values added to form. Saved once discharged. Can not be modified.
• Discharge Screen - Met Guideline selection now required before discharge is allowed.
• Request Summary Screen - New guideline variances, and met guideline y/n value shown on inpatient requests once 'met guideline' selection is made.
• Delete Request (Security Admin feature) - Updated to now support new DREInpatientGuidelines table.

• Applied Milliman 12th Edition 12.0.1 Patch (jscott)
• Fixed query error w/ Member History module : Mental Health query. (vbatten)
• Changed default approval expiration date to DOS + 90 days (from 180 days)

• Approval with Modifications (dbishop)
  A new determination status is available for selection. This update included changes to the following pages:
  • Request Detail Page (support for new status code)
  • Make Determination Page
  • Request Search Results Page (status icon)
  • Inbox (status icon)
  • Letter Workqueue Generator SPROC
• Milliman Guidelines 12th Edition has been published for provider's use. (jscott)
• Chart Sheet - Code updates to support new Rx Claims table on warehouse. (agaray)
